Not sure what
you actually have?
Many organizations have no current overview of their retired IT. We map it, on site or from an export out of your systems, and deliver a list you can act on.

Overview and next step
You receive a list with quantities, types and indicative residual value. You then decide whether it gets collected.
Frequently asked questions about inventory
What does an inventory cost?
For a batch with expected residual value we settle the inventory against the proceeds. For a pure processing assignment we agree the cost up front, based on the number of locations and the scale.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. A rough estimate of the scale and the locations is enough. An export from your CMDB or asset management system speeds things up, but it is not required.
Is data erased during the inventory?
No. Taking inventory is counting and registering. Data destruction happens in the processing stage, using the method you choose, with a certificate per storage device.
Can you count across multiple sites?
Yes. Multiple locations are planned as one project, so you get one overview and one report instead of separate lists per site.
Already know what you have?
Then you can skip the inventory. The IT Residual Value Scan gives you a substantiated indication within minutes.
